Sample Schedule

Each day revolves around a theme - relax, remind, release, receive, reimagine, reset, and rejoice. They include group learning sessions, yoga and mindfulness exercises, quiet contemplation to reflect, time to connect with each other, delicious meals to enjoy, and evening activities on the rooftop overlooking the Indian Ocean.

 

During the retreat, you are also entitled to a private ‘graceful aging’ consultation and three fully organized excursions to explore this beautiful region of Sri Lanka.

A Typical Day

7am-8am
Restorative yoga on the beach & mindfulness meditation.
 
8am-9am
Delicious breakfast served in the villa.

9:15am-12:15pm
Morning interactive learning  session.

12:30pm-1:30pm
Gourmet lunch served at the villa.

1:30pm-2:30pm
Quiet time for contemplation.


2:45pm-4:30pm
Afternoon interactive learning  session.


4:30pm-5:30pm
Tea and bitings on the roof terrace.

5:30pm-6:30pm
Free time.

7pm-8:30pm
Candlelight dinner served at the villa.

8:30pm-9:15pm
Relaxing evening program on the rooftop terrace.


Please note that two afternoon learning sessions will be replaced by cultural excursions and one evening replaced by a dinner surprise!
